1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and hibazie ("hibazie", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at hibazie.net. These Terms govern all access to and use of the hibazie platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, fishing games, promotional offers, and payment services.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox, or by simply accessing and using any feature of the hibazie platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The hibazie platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and applies regardless of the laws of any specific jurisdiction. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. hibazie reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned less any amounts already staked.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The hibazie platform is primarily designed for and marketed to players residing in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the hibazie platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. hibazie makes no representation that the services offered are legal or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Access to hibazie from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited is done at the player's own risk and hibazie accepts no liability in connection with such access.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a hibazie account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including:

• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• A secure and unique password for your hibazie account

You agree to keep your registration information accurate and up to date. hibazie reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the hibazie platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — identified by name, mobile number, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hibazie reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

hibazie operates a Know Your Customer programme to verify the identity and age of all players. As part of this programme, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any time during your use of the platform:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A copy of your valid passport
• Proof of your registered mobile number (e.g., bKash or Nagad account statement)
• Proof of your residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hibazie may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawals, until verification is complete. hibazie will never request your PIN, OTP, or full payment card number via email or support chat.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hibazie username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hibazie strongly recommends that you choose a password that is unique to your hibazie account and that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You agree to notify hibazie immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

hibazie will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials, or from any unauthorised access to your account that results from your own negligence. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility until you notify hibazie of a security breach.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all information held on your hibazie account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you are obligated to update your account information promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to hibazie is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. hibazie may apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period, applied against the account balance. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed without further notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hibazie supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

All payment methods listed above are subject to availability and may be added, modified, or removed at hibazie's discretion. hibazie reserves the right to request verification of any payment method before processing a transaction.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on hibazie is ৳500. There is no mandatory maximum deposit limit, though hibazie may apply enhanced due-diligence procedures to large or unusual deposit activity. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made by third parties are not accepted and will be returned where possible, less any applicable processing fees.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hibazie account within seconds of the mobile wallet transaction being completed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant institution. hibazie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and KYC verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

hibazie reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of compliance with bonus wagering requirements. In no circumstances will hibazie withhold a verified withdrawal without reasonable cause.

4.4 Currency & Fees

All balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings on the hibazie platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hibazie does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may charge their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside hibazie's control. hibazie is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

hibazie offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by hibazie are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 30 times before a withdrawal is permitted.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account without notice. Cash deposits and bonus funds may be tracked separately in your account balance display.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hibazie actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; hedging bets across accounts or platforms to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements; exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; and using third-party software or automated processes to place bonus bets.

Where hibazie determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to cancel all related bonuses and winnings, recover any bonus amounts already withdrawn, and permanently close the account(s) involved.

5.4 Promotion Changes

hibazie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including promotions that are already in progress. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has met its conditions, hibazie will endeavour to honour any portion of the promotion already completed by the player, at its reasonable discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on hibazie — including cricket markets covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events — are governed by the specific market rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a disputed result, hibazie's trading team will apply the rules of the governing sports body and hibazie's own market rules in that order. hibazie's determination of the settlement of any market is final.

hibazie reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the odds were published in error, that the event has been subject to match-fixing or integrity violations, or that the player had access to information not available to the general public at the time the bet was placed.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino games available on hibazie — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and other titles — are subject to the game rules published by the respective game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published in the game information panels accessible from within the game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibazie platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the hibazie platform
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using another player's account credentials to access the platform
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the software to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or market outcomes
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the hibazie platform
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of the hibazie platform

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by hibazie

hibazie reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player has provided false or misleading information
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or harm to the integrity of the platform
• The player is under 18 years of age
• A court order or regulatory requirement mandates closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balances remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at hibazie's discretion, subject to applicable laws.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your hibazie account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and your account balance has been reduced to zero, as balances remaining at the time of closure may be subject to processing delays.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hibazie's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hibazie shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

8.4 Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and hibazie with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in a manner consistent with fair and responsible online gaming practice as recognised in the online gaming industry.
